As the last item on the Thursday night Tellico City Council agenda, Alderman Wicky Shepherd admitted
having not lived inside the city in three months when Mayor Roger Powers questioned Shepherd about
his residency. Shepherd accused two former city officials of living outside the city while serving.
Although Shepherd admits he lives on his property outside the city limits of Tellico, he serves as council
member in the city government, claiming he occasionally "stays" inside the city.
